AGM NEW CONSTITUTION

 The original constitution was drafted during SBCTA's inception in the 1970s and since then there have been no amendments made to the document. Substantive changes been made in the area of membership, subscription fees, executive office, term of office, etc. The entire constitution has since been refreshed to be consistent with the rules and guidelines from other trade associations in Singapore, and subject to members' acceptance and occurrence.
